Returns and Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction with your purchase from Propelstyle.store is our top priority. We are pleased to accept returns if you’re not satisfied with your order as long as you follow these guidelines:

1.Eligibility for Returns:

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in brand-new condition, with the original packing and tags still on it in order to be returned.
Gift cards, sale items, and customized products are among the items that cannot be returned.

3. Refund Procedure:

Within five to seven business days of receiving the returned item, it will be examined and, if accepted, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.

4. Exchanges:

Please follow the return procedure and place a new order if you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color.
5. Damaged or Defective Items: Please get in touch with us within seven days of placing your order if you receive a damaged or defective item, and we’ll set up a replacement or complete refund.

2. How to Get Back:

Please email Support@propelstyle.store with your order number and the reason for the return to start the return process. For qualified returns, we will give you a return shipping label.
